Inc.’s full-service restaurant division, 40North, announces the opening of two new restaurants, Steelworks Buffet & Grill and Croissanterie, at Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In 2009, Villa Enterprises opened The Market Gourmet Express food court at Sands Casino, which has seen a substantial increase in sales through the execution of six independent brands, including Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, Green Leaf’s, South Philly Steaks & Fries, The Market, Casa Java, Bananas, Far East, and Mo Burger.

Designed by Jacksoncreative group of Rhode Island, Steelworks Buffet & Grill incorporates a range of materials, colors, and steel-making themed murals that pay homage to the heritage of steel in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in an energetic setting.
