Currently, ASOS customers are notified by text or email of their next day, one-hour delivery slot by DPD. With Precise they will be able to choose to accept the original delivery slot via the notification, or select their preferred delivery day and their specific one hour delivery slot via DPD’s ‘in-flight’ options. I had a delivery from AO the other day, and it was due between '08:00 and 12:00'. They turned up at about 11:58. I said they should have a one hour delivery slot like DPD because clearly there was no chance of it turning up anywhere near 08:00 so I could have had some extra sleep (I'm pregnant so particularly appreciate my sleep at the moment!). 1 Man Deliveries
1-Man Deliveries: Usually delivered within 7 days of order being placed*.
Our 1 man delivery couriers offer a tracked express delivery service on our smaller items that are delivered within 2 business days of being dispatched from our warehouses, we will contact customers to arrange delivery on the weekday of the customers choice, once the goods have been dispatched the courier will email the customer on the morning of delivery with a delivery time slot.
Please Note: This service is only offered to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland (appearing as Green and Yellow on the map). This delivery service is to the front door/ground floor entrance of the property only.
Pallet Deliveries: Usually delivered within 7 days of order being placed*.
Our pallet delivery couriers offer an express delivery service on our palletised items that are delivered within the next business day after being dispatched from our warehouses, we will contact customers to arrange delivery on the weekday of the customers choice, on the day of delivery it is requested that the delivery driver contacts the customer 1 hour before delivery (although this may not always be possible).
Please Note: This service is only offered to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland (appearing as Green and Yellow on the map). This delivery service is to curbside of the property and the customer is responsible for disposing of the pallet.

Dpd Book My 1 Hour Delivery Slot
You may have noticed a number of changes with the online side of LEGO® Retail. These include a revamped shop.LEGO.com and an awful new VIP system. But there has been another change. If, like me, you’ve placed an order via shop.LEGO.com in the last few days you may have noticed there is no way to track orders anymore. Well it seems the LEGO Group have now partnered with DPD in place of DHL for online orders. Unfortunately just like the new VIP system there are a few issues. Online orders now take longer and there is no way to track them until DPD email you. Luckily I had the DPD app already installed which alerted me to the deliveries. Although DPD offers a better delivery experience via their app, which includes real time tracking and 1 hour delivery slot; it’s not all great. It seems DPD won’t delivery on Saturdays so although my parcel was at the local depot on Friday, I had to wait until Monday for it to arrive.

So I highly suggest downloading the DPD app so you’ll be able to track all those LEGO deliveries. You’ll find the app on both Google Play and the App Store. I’m not entirely sure if this change to DPD affects other countries beyond the UK.
